The Waters Foundation features a Raffle Extravaganza each year of several packages. Items are donated by businesses, both local and non-local, along with the Waters Foundation. Special thanks to The Lazy Susan Dinner Theatre for donating a special evening for two every year. Additional thanks to Red Lobster of Manassas and Olive Garden of Manassas for also being yearly donors.

The 2007 Raffle consisted of 3 separate raffle packages to choose from:  A wonderful Autumn Christmas Package; a Flirty Fall Fun Package, and a Myrtle Beach Golf Package.  The Autumn Christmas Package was a local spending spree with gift cards at Best Buy, Lowes, Target, Bed, Bath & Beyond, PetSmart, Red Lobster, and Chilli's. A local Flirty Fall Fun Package set up for Romance and/or Friendship featured an evening for two at Lazy Susan Dinner theatre, Vpstart Crow tickets, Cramer's Christmas Carol tickets, and gift cards at Quinn's Goldsmith, Ye Olde Wine Shop, Garden Kitchen, Borders Books, Panera Bread and Starbucks. And our last package was for a Myrtle Beach Golf Outing with Passes for four at Farmstead Golf Links, Meadowlands Golf Club, and Cane Patch P3.
